How are Evertol's bookkeeping packages priced?
By your monthly transaction volume. Foundation covers 1 to 200 transactions a month, Momentum 201 to 500, and Command 500 and above. A short scoping call counts your transactions and confirms the tier and the fee before you commit.
What counts as a transaction?
Each entry that moves through your books - a sale, a supplier payment, a bank line, an invoice. The count is confirmed on your scoping call, not estimated.
Do the prices include tax, VAT, payroll or audit?
No. These are pure bookkeeping packages. Tax, VAT, payroll, company-secretarial and statutory filings are scoped and quoted separately, and run hand-in-hand with your package.
Can I move between tiers as my business grows?
Yes. You start on the tier that fits today and move up as your volume grows, without ever changing who keeps your books.
